From its inception in 1969, the Satellite has been a mix of 241 individually owned residential condominiums, 54 individually owned business condominiums, and a 76 room hotel owned by the HOA.
Ten (10) floors have community laundry and trash rooms. Also available to the residents are a pool (seasonal), a gym and exercise room, men's and women's saunas, a Billiards room, meeting rooms, and Libraries.
